Selected as a Certified Mentor Surgeon for all cochlear implant companies to train professionals in the field of cochlear implant surgery. He is also recognized for the pioneering work with Voice disorders, anterior skull base endoscopic surgery, and hearing implants. Elected as an Executive council Member for “Cochlear Implant Group of India”. He attended several training courses in India and abroad and also served as a guest faculty in various national and international conferences, training workshops. Trained several postgraduates in the field of ENT. Successfully organized Seventh Annual conference of cochlear implant group of India (CIGICON-2009) held in Hyderabad, 2009 as Organizing Secretary of the organizing committee and also organized International Asia Pacific Symposium & on Cochlear Implants & Related Sciences in 2013 for the first time in India. Though SAHI and Satya Sai Seva trust he has organized several medical camps, awareness programs for children and adults with hearing impairment.
