Mrs. Nabila Chiboub was suffering from severe pain in her shoulders. She consulted doctors in her home country, Algeria, where her condition was misdiagnosed as cancer of the brain, cervical region, and left shoulder. Not satisfied with the local doctor, she contacted an Istanbul doctor who suggested her to consult Dr. Sandeep Vaishya in India. Mrs. Nabila came to India with her husband and son. She consulted Dr. Sandeep Vaishya, a renowned Neurosurgeon with over two decades of experience. After evaluating Nabila’s condition and test reports, Dr. Sandeep found she was not suffering from cancer.

She had a cyst in her brain, which was removed by a skull base surgery. The surgery was performed by Dr. Atul Mittal, an ENT Surgeon having extensive experience of 21+ years. Her shoulder was treated by carpal tunnel surgery, which was done by Dr. Sandeep himself. Both surgeries were successfully performed at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon.

The family stayed in India for about one month. Our team assisted them with the visa invitation letter, airport pick up, travel arrangements, hospital admission, consultation with the doctors, and translator. Like any other medical tourist, Mrs. Nabila and her family were unaware of the medical process. But with the services provided by us, they felt comfortable and homely in India.
