Fresh Mint Tea

This preparation of fresh mint may help with easing symptoms in the following indications:

Bloated belly / Gas / Flatulence
Digestion upsets
Menstrual cramps
Mild stress & Anxieties
Fowl breath
Gather the following ingredients:

Water (500 ml)
Himalayan rock salt (1 pinch)
Pinch of Jaggery (avoid if diabetic)
Amchur powder (Indian spice range of dried mango powder)
Bunch of fresh mint leaves
This entire preparation may take you about 5 minutes:

 Boil water long enough to reduce the quantity roughly to 450 ml
Add the bunch of fresh mint leaves and boil longer. Bring down the concoction to 350 ml
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and turn off the heat.
Pour into a cup and sip slowly.
